Pinsal Falls is a popular destination in Ilocos Sur thanks to its mesmerizing landscape.

The water flowing from the falls makes it the best place for swimming for the locals, tourists, and backpackers.

You can also gain access to a magnificent view if you go up through the man-made staircase on the side.

To gain access to this attraction, tourists must get a permit from the Mayor's office. But don't worry, entrance is free.

3. Go skydiving in Vigan
