Dustin Yu offered an apology to close friend David Licauco, admitting that their packed schedules have left them little time to bond.
Fast-rising Kapuso actor Dustin Yu completely understands the sentiment of his good friend David Licauco after the latter shared in an interview that he barely sees his best friend anymore due to their busy work schedules.

The Pambansang Ginoo mentioned in a chat with 24 Oras that Dustin has been “MIA” (missing in action).
“Miss ko na 'yung dating Dustin. Siya 'yung hindi nagpapakita! Naging busy na ako sa showbiz, pero siya 'yung priority ko. Eh ngayon, anyare? Same lang 'yun! Noong Maria Clara at Ibarra, grabe 'yung busyness ko noon kung saan-saan ako, pero lagi ko siyang kasama,” David said.
Dustin, who is currently promoting his two Metro Manila Film Festival entries, Love You So Bad and Shake, Rattle, and Roll: Evil Origins, explained in a Chika Minute report that he wants to apologize to David for not having enough time to bond with him.
Since the end of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition last July 2025, Dustin has been among the most in-demand housemates.
“Nakita ko 'yung interview niya. Sabi ko, if there's something na parang may nafi-feel siya, you can talk to me anytime,” Dustin said.
“Sabi ko, sorry. Part of me would also want to apologize kasi parang na-realize ko na noong time na 'yun, busy din naman siya. Pero ako kasi noon, hindi ako busy, so ako 'yung laging available. Ngayon, busy na kaming pareho,” he added.
“So, 'yun 'yung gusto kong i-explain sa kaniya—na 'yung schedule talaga namin tuloy-tuloy. As in, wala na kaming time para lumabas pa. Pero I get him. Super! Valid naman,” Dustin shared.
