Shuvee Etrata and Chef Jose Sarasola continue their gastronomic adventure in the Culinary Capital of the Philippines--Pampanga.

In an exclusive video by ATM (Adventure. Taste. Moments), Shuvee and Chef Jose visited Bale Capampangan, a buffet restaurant in San Fernando, which serves a feast of authentic Kapampangan food.

As Pampanga is known to be the place where sisig originated, the Sparkle artists rightfully started their food trip at Bale Capampangan by trying out the dish.

Both Chef Jose and Shuvee loved the sisig. Chef even pointed out how the sisig was served in a different way and not served on a hot sizzling plate.

The next dish they tried was the ginataang suso, which Shuvee tried for the first time. They also tasted the lengua or the ox tongue, which they said is best paired with rice.

Buro is another dish that Shuvee was able to taste for the first time. The fermented rice was served with fish and vegetables.

Bale Capampangan's kare-kareng baka also earned praises from Shuvee and Chef Jose.

Meanwhile, they were able to taste two dishes made from carabao meat, the bistig damulag or the bistek kalabaw and the pindang damulag or the carabao tocino.

The two also sampled the adobong balut of the restaurant.

For dessert, Chef Jose and Shuvee had a delicious bowl of sampelot or ginataang bilo-bilo.

Located along McArthur Highway in San Fernando, Pampanga, Bale Capampangan offers eat-all-you-can lunch promo at P595 and dinner promo at P395.
