Edu Manzano reminisces old days with his siblings, “Ang saya-saya ng buhay namin.”

Former Celebrity Bluff master bluffer Edu Manzano offered his Instagram followers a peek into his life growing up.

The veteran TV/movie actor recently posted on Instagram an old family photo with his sister Gigi and his twin brothers Mari and Ricky.

For those who didn't know, Edu joined the United States military at age 17 in 1973.

He served under the Quality Control and Evaluation, Missile Engineering Group and Strategic Air Command of the Air Force.

Edu wrote in the captions, “My father [Adrian Manzano] made me and my twin brothers, Mari and Ricky, join the military. At first, hindi namin maintindihan.

“We just came out of high school. Ang saya-saya ng buhay namin.

“After a few years, kinailangan ko umuwi when my dad got sick. As an Illonggo, the eldest son has to be the breadwinner, and that's me. My sister, Gigi, is the eldest but my father treated her like a princess. I came home and helped out with family. #NoRegrets #TBT”

He further explained in his chat with a netizen that his father encouraged them to fight for the Philippines and that he was afraid of the spread of communism then in the Southeast Asian region.
