The daughters of Bernadette Allyson and Gary Estrada, Icee and Gabbi, have been formally introduced as rookie actresses.

The eldest of the celebrity couple's three children, Icee, was first introduced as part of the Wattpad-to-screen series My Husband is a Mafia Boss. Meanwhile, her younger sister Gabbi is part of the online adaptation of the Wattpad series Hell University.

According to Icee, she has long planned to enter showbiz. In fact, she had previously been introduced as a talent of a recording studio.

“Longtime coming na ito,” she said about the start of her acting career.

Icee continued, “I've been very scared and medyo pressured because both my parents are from showbiz. I'm just looking forward to learning kasi from scratch talaga ako. And I'm getting to know my character.

"I'm focusing on this role specifically first, getting to know my character, and learning from all the workshops, and hopefully, translating everything that I've learned into the character and I hope everybody accepts Caileigh.”

On the other hand, Gabbi admitted that it is “big shoes to fill” to follow in her parents' footsteps in showbiz.

“For me, I feel very pressured, but also very honored and grateful that I have this role already. It's unbelievable. I also didn't expect na papasok ako sa showbiz.

"So, it's really big shoes to fill, and it feels a tremendous amount of pressure. But it's a pressure that I'm challenged and I want to make them proud of me. I really want them to be proud of me in anything that I do.”
