Kapuso stars Elle Villanueva, Derrick Monasterio, and Sophia Senoron are all staying fit together.

Elle, Derrick, and Sophia recently attended a yoga sesson together.

For Elle, it was a great way to to exercise and bond with each other.

"Always chasing that post-yoga feeling -- calm, collected, and pretending my legs aren't shaking. More seshs, please!!" she wrote on Instagram as she shared a few photos of the three of them after their session.

The trio previously went hiking together in Batangas.

Elle instantly fell in love with it and a called it her "cool new hobby."

Derrick even asked for recommendations for beginner-friendly hiking trails with moderate difficulty.

Meanwhile, it was the first hike for Sophia.

Elle recently finished her stint in the action-drama series Lolong: Pangil ng Maynila and now has a special participation on primetime action series Sanggang Dikit FR with Kapuso Drama King Dennis Trillo and Ultimate Star Jennylyn Mercado.

Derrick has a movie out called Cheat Day which he topbills with actress Alexa Miro.

Sophia is part of iconic family-oriented sitcom Pepito Manaloto.
