Ellen Adarna clarifies that no one was ever battered in her past relationship and that she was never the third party in Derek Ramsay's past relationships.
Actress and host Ellen Adarna recently addressed circulating gossip regarding her relationship with actor Derek Ramsay, setting the record straight about past allegations.
When asked about rumors that she sometimes played the “battered wife” or that Derek was a “battered husband,” Ellen responded clearly. “No, that's not true. No one is battered.”
She also commented on Derek's behavior and the presence of a long-time side relationship. A netizen asked, “Ka grabe sad niya ug gaslight ui. Ang side chick sad kay ga huwat ra jud mag buwag mo.”

Ellen shared more context about the side chick, explaining that she has been in Derek's life for years, “Well, according to my reliable sources, na mga ex, that side chick has always been there, like decades na. Naka-ilang girlfriends na si Derek, nandiyan siya.”
She also addressed being wrongly blamed online for Derek's past relationships. “Ako pa 'yung na-blame ng mga netizens noong last real girlfriend ni Derek na ako daw 'yung third party but no it's not me. It could be her, because matagal na silang friends and meron palang something, side chick niya pala ito dati pa.”
Ellen concluded with a candid remark about side relationships. “Side chicks will always be side chicks, they will never get chosen.”
Through her statements, Ellen made it clear that she was never involved as a third party and aimed to dispel rumors about abuse or infidelity within her relationship.
The statements follow Ellen's Instagram Stories on November 17, in which she revealed alleged infidelity just three weeks earlier involving her estranged husband, Derek Ramsay, and one of his close female friends.
Ellen clarified that the woman is not an ex-girlfriend, but a long-time friend of Derek's. She said a reliable source had sent her screenshots of messages allegedly exchanged between Derek and this friend, which imply that the infidelity may have started in the early days of his relationship with Ellen.
