Ellen Adarna has a son named Elias with multi-awarded actor John Lloyd Cruz, whom she gave birth to in June 2018.
Ellen Adarna couldn't help but air her frustration after reading an insensitive comment about her husband's harmless family photo on Instagram.
Last October 23, Derek Ramsay announced that his wife already gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
On November 2, the doting father uploaded a new family photo with Ellen and their new baby on Instagram. Derek then captioned the post, “The power you have over all of us is amazing!”

It seems Ellen was offended when a netizen left a comment saying, “Sana hindi n'yo ma-echapwera C [si] Elias."
To which the former Bubble Gang star replied, “Sana mag-isip-isip ka rin.”
A quick check on Derek's Instagram post showed that the comment had been deleted, but a showbiz blog site was able to take a screenshot of the short conversation.

Elias is Ellen's child with ex-partner John Lloyd Cruz, while Derek also has a son with ex-wife Mary Christine Jolly named Austin.
In a previous statement online, Ellen also clarified that she didn't want to surprise everyone with her pregnancy.
She explained, “Hindi ko gusto [na] surprise.”
“Alam naman ng friends and family and 'di ko naman tinatago when I go out, crop top ako kahit malaki tiyan.”
“I just didn't announce because I don't need to. I want a quiet and peaceful pregnancy. Last thing I need are opinions from people I don't know and unsolicited advice.”
