The nomination is for her role as Sonya in the GMA Afternoon Prime drama series 'Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali?'

Kapuso actress Empress Schuck is among the nominees for Best Drama Actress at this year's PMPC Star Awards for Television.

The nomination is for her role as Sonya in the GMA Afternoon Prime drama series Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali? where she appeared along with Geoff Eigenmann, Max Collins and Dion Ignacio.

This was Empress' first kontrabida role and took to Instagram to express her excitement and gratitude for the nomination.

"I know i don't have the chance to win but being nominated palang panalo na! I never imagined na mapapansin ang pagiging first time kontrabida ko!" part of her message reads.

Kailan Ba Tama Ang Mali? itself, which ran earlier this year, is also nominated for Best Daytime Drama Series.

I wasnt even sure kung tama ang ginagawa ko. But here it is!
