Former singer Ericka Villongco discussed the challenges she faced in high school and how her life transformed after completing nursing school.

Ericka is currently based in the United States, where she completed her nursing degree with cum laude distinction.

In a recent post, Ericka reflected on her high school experiences. She mentioned that her peers often described her as "too much."

"Was booed at my high school graduation for being different 🥺😭 [true story: back when YouTube wasn't a thing + people saw me as too much.]"

She also shared her experiences as she navigated through high school.

"I ate lunch in bathroom stalls. had “best friends” switch up and got bullied online for dating the wrong guy... truth is; people hate what they can't define."

Now that Ericka has successfully finished nursing school, she wrote a message addressing those whom she referred to as people who underestimated her.

"This degree is for everyone who underestimated me -- who i had to play dumb or stay quiet for. i used to shrink myself just to be liked. now i say f that. CUM LAUDE, baby!!!"

In another post, Ericka mentioned that she worked diligently to earn her nursing degree. She said, "I fought damn hard for these two letters next to my name: RN"
