Erwan Heussaff took 11 attempts to create the perfect pancake!

Erwan Heussaff recreated the popular Japanese Souffle Pancakes on his YouTube channel.

According to Erwan, his wife Anne Curtis woke up one morning craving the Japanese Souffle Pancakes so he started working on one. He cooked pancakes for Anne but unfortunately, it didn't come out the way he wanted it to be.

Since he failed, he started recreating the fluffy pancakes in different ways. It took 11 attempts to create the perfect one.

He said in his description box, "The Japanese souffle pancake is the lightest, fluffiest pancake, but it's notoriously difficult to make. Here's my attempt at making the most difficult pancake."
