Another Filipino talent is being recognized in the international musical theater scene!

The official Instagram account of the Tony Awards announced this year's list of nominees for "Best Costume Design of a Play," and one of the category's nominee is the Filipino costume designer Clint Ramos.

Eugene Domingo, who is a friend to Clint Ramos, proudly showed her support by posting on her Instagram account. 

 

A big round of applause to this filipino ( a dear friend) whose work as a costume designer for the play #eclipsed is nominated in this year's TONY AWARDS in Broadway ! mabuhay ka @clintramos . And proud that i had the chance to wear your design for Sense & Style! BEST to you ???????????????????? pinoy talent ????????

Eugene said, "A big round of applause to this Filipino (a dear friend) whose work as a costume designer for the play Eclipsed is nominated in this year's Tony Awards in Broadway!"

She also recalled a time when she got to wear one of Clint's designs.

"Mabuhay ka Clint Ramos, and [I'm] proud that I had the chance to wear your design for Sense & Style! Best to you."
