Everything About My Wife marks key milestones in Jennylyn and Dennis's career as it marked the Kapuso couple's first big-screen team-up as a married couple. It delves into the complexities of marriage and romantic relationships, exploring how love endures not just through life's hardships but also through the small, everyday moments people often take for granted.

The heartfelt film follows Dom (Dennis Trillo) and Imo (Jennylyn Mercado) as they go from lovers to marriage. However, after seven years, Dom finds himself unhappily married and wanting to escape. In a moment of desperation, Dom seeks help from notorious womanizer, Miguel (Sam Milby), to seduce his wife.

Everything About My Wife also stars Carmi Martin, Isay Alvarez, Romnick Sarmenta, Nova Villa, and Ruby Ruiz. Also part of its stellar cast are Polo Laurel, Alex Agustin, Joyang, and Chico Alicaya.
