Imelda Schweighart threw shade against K-pop in a now deleted Facebook post, "Filipinos are losing their identity trying to be like Koreans. Konting pride, please?"

Former Miss Philippines Earth 2016 Imelda Schweighart expressed her hatred for Korean music as she posted her thoughts on Facebook.

The ex-beauty queen wrote "Di hamak na mas magaling naman mag-English mga Pinoy kesa Korean. Kala ko ba Chinese nananakop?

"I think we're getting it wrong. Lagi nalang tayo sinasakop."

She added, "Filipinos are losing their identity trying to be like Koreans. Konting pride, please?"

In 2016, Imelda Schweighart gave up her title as Miss Earth Philippines 2016 following a controversial video of her commenting to her fans about Miss Earth 2016 Katherine Espin allegedly undergoing plastic surgery.

Imelda has also released songs such as "Fuccboi" and "Change My Mind," available on YouTube and Spotify.
