Wika ni Dawn, “That's why even for me as an actor, I guess sa tagal ko na rin sa showbiz and I've seen all, parang sometimes I feel like we are a stunted kind of industry.”
“We can't seem to go for more, 'di ba? There's so much talent, but we are not given all the opportunities and we are not given enough elbow room or space to really showcase it.
“We need to level up so we can go global because that's the only way we will able to make that money back, whatever you put out,” diin ni Ms. Dawn.
“But if we don't have that vision then we will always be stuck here and unfortunately you only have a few choices when it comes to the genre and it's just always the same thing.”
Paliwanag niya, “I'm hoping nga maybe another way also of doing it is to be open to co-prods (production), 'di ba? Kasi we can't really do it on our own. Maybe we should be open with co-producing it from people outside of our borders, that way we can produce better quality films then also have easier access to releasing them worldwide.”
