Sa isang exclusive interview with GMAnetwork.com, nag-share si Jak Roberto ng tips kung paano ma-achieve ang summer body na pinapangarap ng karamihan.

Ayon kay Jak, "Kahit naman hindi summer, [kailangan tuloy pa rin ang ang] exercise. Exercise lang talaga. Kahit 30 minutes a day."

Paano naman ang meal plans ni Jak?

Aniya, "Syempre proper diet, para sumasabay siya sa exercise mo. Small amount of food lang, ‘wag masyado madami. Tapos, maintain lang 'yung at least 30 minutes exercise a day."

Dagdag pa niya, "I don’t eat rice. Less carbs, less sweats, less salty. Three years na [akong hindi kumakain ng rice.] Nasanay na. Effective ‘yun."
