K-pop idol group WEi is very excited to share a brand new side with their upcoming song, "All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON)."

It is the title track of their second mini album 'IDENTITY : Challenge' which is set to be released on February 24.

The group describes the track as a hybrid trap song using oriental scales that showcase their dynamic rap and vocals.

The lyrics also convey their confidence and willingness to take on challenges. The song was also produced by WEi leader JANG DAE HYEON.

The group granted an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com to talk about their much-awaited comeback.

"All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON)" comes shortly after WEi's debut song "TWILIGHT," which was released on October 5, 2020.

Because of this, the group has made sure that fans will see a side to them that is different from what they showcased in their debut song.

"While we were easily recognizable in 'TWILIGHT,' 'All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON)' has an intense concept where we join together to face challenges," says member KIM JUN SEO.

JANG DAE HYEON also says that this change applies to their whole mini album as well.

"I think it's our intensity and sexiness. If we showed diversity through our two inner selves in our debut album, this album will be able to show fans WEi's confident and more masculine side through the concept of taking on new challenges," he says.

The group is also looking forward to sharing their intense choreography for the song.

They feel that the so-called "killing part" or the main point in the choreography is something that fans will find very interesting.

"When 'Let's throw yut!' comes out in the lyrics, we actually throw yut. I think this part is the killing point," explains KANG SEOK HWA.

Yut is a small wooden stick used in a traditional Korean board game called Yut Nori where the sticks are thrown to gain points.

Aside from the title track "All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON)," the group says that fans have a lot to look forward to in their second mini album 'IDENTITY : Challenge.'

The members all have their personal favorites among the five tracks in the album.

"The album is made up of the songs 'All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON),' 'Breathing,' 'Dancing In The Dark,' 'Diffuser,' and 'Winter, Flower.' I like 'Diffuser' because it has a sweet feeling that is completely different from 'All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON),'" JANG DAE HYEON says.

"Diffuser" will likely be a fan favorite as two other members picked that song as their favorite as well.

"I like 'Diffuser' the most. As soon as I heard the song, I thought, 'this is it' and chose the song," explains KIM JUN SEO.

"'Diffuser' is my style," KIM YO HAN says simply.

Another song with seems to be popular among the members is the emotional ballad "Winter, Flower."

"[My favorite is] 'Winter, Flower' because I can feel the cold atmosphere," KIM DONG HAN shares.

"In addition to the title track, of course, I like 'Winter, Flower.' It has unique ballad emotions and warm lyrics that melt your heart. It's a song that fits with the season, as spring is approaching," KANG SEOK HWA says.

Meanwhile, YOO YONG HA picked a song that boosts his confidence.

"I like 'Dancing In The Dark.' It's a song that gives me a lot of confidence," he says.

WEi's new song "All Or Nothing (Prod. JANG DAE HYEON)" and their second mini album 'IDENTITY : Challenge' will be out on February 24.
