
K-pop singer Lay Zhang has finished his two-part album release with Lit Part Two now officially out.
Lit Part One came out on June 1, 2020 along with a music video for the title track, "Lit." The duality of his two-part release represents a new birth and a new era in his music. The album is under SM Entertainment and co-produced by Zhang Yixing Studio Formats.

Lay's two albums for Lit each contain six tracks. All 12 songs are co-written and co-produced by Lay himself.
The Chinese EXO member worked with producer Murda Beatz, who collaborated with international musicians Travis Scott, Gucci Mane, and Drake.
Lit has a modern hip-hop feel integrated with traditional Chinese instruments and cultural metaphors mixed with contemporary Western music and K-pop.
Songs in the album contain a mix of English and Mandarin lyrics.
