EXO's Chanyeol joins the live acoustic session of new song 'Yours' on drums with Raiden on the guitar and Changmo on the keyboard.

DJ Raiden and EXO's Chanyeol have recorded a live acoustic session of their new song "Yours."

Raiden played the guitar while Chanyeol was on drums. They are joined by Changmo, the featured rapper on the track, who played the keyboard.

Before they began, Raiden shared the inspiration for the song.

"When I first wrote this song, I was inspired by Daft Punk and wanted to make it K-pop style. I was thinking about it while making it, to perform live like this, with organic and electronic, R&B. I wanted to do something like this. The lyrics are about a couple. It's sad but the background is groovy and it's exciting," he explained.

Chanyeol also expressed his excitement in doing a live acoustic session for the song.

"For me, I really liked band music when I was young. I thought I got distant from it but I continued to have that desire. It felt like I went back to my past. It made me think of old times. When there is time left, I want to rent out a band room and talk," he says.

Chanyeol used to be part of a band with his friends from school before he debuted as an idol with EXO.

"Yours" was released yesterday, May 12. Aside from Raiden, Chanyeol and Changmo, the song also features vocals from singer LeeHi.
