EXO's Sehun will be enlisting for his mandatory military service duties on December 21.
Sehun will be the last member of K-pop boy band EXO to enlist in the military. The rest of the members have completed their military service, and Kai entered the military training center in May and is serving as a public service worker.
According to a Newsen report, the K-pop superstar announced his enlistment by sharing a handwritten letter on the fan community pl6atform Weverse.
"I will begin my military service as of December 21. I feel sorry for delivering the news to EXO-L (EXO's official fan club) so late.
"These days, I've been spending time alone, looking after myself and deeply contemplating.
"As a result, I'm greeting you like this [through a letter] without standing in front of you. I hope you will understand me not being able to greet you in person. I am really thankful to everyone who cares for me," Sehun wrote, according to a translation on Soompi.
Oh Se-hun, known as Sehun, is a South Korean rapper, dancer, actor, and model. He debuted as a member of K-pop boy band EXO in 2012 and is also part of its sub-unit EXO-SC with Chanyeol.
