Faith Cuneta

Asian drama Diva Faith Cuneta shares her five favorite songs for the Kapuso network.

When it comes to the Philippine soundtrack of Korean dramas, there's no one quite like Faith Cuneta. Her soulful voice captures the essence of each song landing her the title of Asian drama Diva.

Here we list her five favorite Asian drama songs she sang for the Kapuso network.

1. “'Di Ko Na Kaya” from Endless Love

“Pag-isahin na natin ang Endless Love 1 and 2 kasi this is where it all started -- ang ating K-drama journey,” Faith Cuneta shares. At the time, her name was “Carmela Cuneta” and sang other songs from the album such as “Ikaw,” “Alay Ko Sa'Yo,” “Pangako Sa'Yo,” and so much more. 2. “Pag-ibig Ko'y Pansinin” from Stairway to Heaven

Fun fact: Faith Cuneta shares that “Pag-ibig Ko'y Pansinin” is her most requested song ever. 3. “Pangarap na Bituin” from Jewel in the Palace

She tells us, “Although the song is a remake, I love the original singer which is Ms. Sharon Cuneta. “Sikat na sikat rin na K-drama 'to. As in everybody loves this kasi it's about cooking and there's a love story -- it's a good mix.” 4. “Minsan Pa” from Hwang Jini

One of the reasons why Faith Cuneta added “Minsan Pa” in this list is because it's a favorite of GMA Head Joey Abacan. “Although nahirapan talaga 'cause it's very hard but it's a very, very nice theme song,” she added. 5. “Nakasanayan Ko Na Ba?” from Jumong

Lastly, would have to be “Nakasanayan Ko Na Ba?” from Jumong because, according to Faith Cuneta, “it's a classic.”
