Congratulations Mommy Kris and Daddy Perry!
Actress Kris Bernal is now officially a mom!
On Instagram on Thursday, August 30, Kris surprised her friends and fans as she uploaded a touching video of her daughter with her husband, Perry Choi.
Kris revealed in the caption of her photo that she gave birth to their child, Hailee Lucca, on August 15.
"Let me tell you a story, SHE'S FINALLY HERE," Kris wrote in her introduction.
“15 days with our #LittleSunshine, @haileelucca! And, it has been the most magical days of our lives. After the longest pregnancy and hardest labor, I would do it over so many times to meet my #LittleSunshine,” she continued.
Kris says she fell in love with her baby and is overjoyed with the start of her motherhood journey.
“The bond between a mother and child is one of the strongest in existence. I'm so in love!! It is a kind of love that is never understood until it happens to you. My heart is so full and becoming a mother is the most rewarding and beautiful thing in my life,” she claimed.
The actress and celebrity mom is also grateful because they will now have the joy of being parents.
“Thank you, Lord, for giving us a chance to be parents! We have been taking some time to ourselves to get settled. For now, we're really slowing down and soaking up every minute, cherishing it all,” Kris shared.
“Thank you for the kind messages, thoughts, and prayers. #TheCHOIs.”
Kris first confirmed her pregnancy with Perry in March 2023, one year after they married in September 2021.
Meanwhile, several of their celebrity friends expressed their excitement for the baby, including Carla Abellana, Andrea Torres, Isabel Oli, and many more.
