Phil Younghusband: "We hope to be half as good as parents as our Mother's and Father's have been to us."
Phil Younghusband happily announced that he and his wife, Margaret Hall, are expecting their first child.
In an Instagram post, Phil and Margaret posed for a photo while holding the sonogram of their baby.
On its caption, the Azkals legend wrote, "@magshall_ and I are excited to let everyone know that we are expecting a new addition to the Younghusband family in the Summer of 2020 [baby emoji]. Mags has just entered her 2nd trimester and so far, she is doing really well [smile emoji]."
He also said, "It has been our dream to be parents for a long time now and for our wishes to come true, we feel truly blessed by the Lord [praying emoji].
"We hope to be half as good as parents as our Mother's and Father's have been to us and those parents we have surrounded ourselves with.'
Phil and Margaret tied the knot in Canterbury, United Kingdom on July 21, 2019.
