Sarah Wurtzbach also apologized for her outburst on social media towards Pia and their mother, Cheryl Alonzo-Tyndall.

After venting out her frustrations, Sarah Wurtzbach requests netizens not to direct their hate towards her older sister, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

The 28-year-old mom of two earnestly requested the public not to criticize her sister a day after going viral on social media when she expressed her anger towards the former beauty queen and their mother, Cheryl Alonzo-Tyndall.

"Stop hating on Pia,” Sarah wrote on Monday, October 12.

“Yes, I am angry, and I still am, but your negative words will not fix anything. If anything, you're condoning negativity, and that's what's wrong with the world.”

She then apologized for her behavior from the day before, citing that being “silenced for many years takes a toll on you.”

“I'm fighting a long battle every day, and I'm sorry if I took it this far, but being silenced for many years takes a toll on you.

“I don't want fame or be acknowledged by others or money or things. I really just want a hug. I feel so alone every day.”

Sarah added, “I'd rather vent my anger; however, I can, any way I can so long as it can release [the] pain from within.

“I wanna be able to make it to tomorrow and wake up to my kids knowing that mommy hasn't given up, and she's staying alive for us. Even though it's easier just to end it all.”

While it remains unclear what their family has been going through these past few days, a few netizens have resonated with Sarah's story, given that the younger Wurtzbach thanked those who sent their messages of hope in her social media account.

“To all the people that took their time to share their stories with me, about hardships in life and about everything else left unspoken… I hear you. I feel your pain. I'm with you,” she wrote.

“Thank you for tonight; it brings me joy for us to find peace in turmoil. You know who you are.”
