Cloie Helena Syquia Skarne is a half-Swedish, half-Filipino actress, model, and beauty pageant titleholder.
In 2016, Miss Earth Sweden crowned her the title making her eligible to represent the country in the Miss Earth stage. At the time she finished among the Top 8. In 2018, Cloie joined the Miss Universe Sweden 2018 and placed 1st Runner-up.
What makes Cloie interesting is that she is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion with ex-wife Jenny Syquia making her the half-sister of KC Concepcion. Despite only sharing half of their DNA, a lot of fans can't help but compare the two sisters because of their similar features.
