Each of their four cover models represents a year of the magazine's story with Aya being the first, Kelvin the second, Hiro the third, and Kate the fourth.

Both Kate and Kelvin started as young Kapuso actors starring in minor roles. Now, their star continues to grow bigger and bigger, taking on lead roles and appearing on the cover of magazines.
