Junior is obsessed with obtaining super powers. Toto is cynical about super humans and advises Junior to forget his dream. But when they both see a meteor falling from the sky and find two power rings, Toto starts to believe in super humans. The two try on the rings and becomes the Super Twins.
Unknown to them, a powerful being (Metalad) came with the meteor and wreaks havoc on o the residents of Kuli-Kuli.
