Fiji Blue

Fiji Blue recently returned to the Philippines for his Asia 'Glide' Tour in Manila.

Fiji Blue has made the vibe even bluer in Manila!

Known as Fiji Blue, Trevor Dering just finished the Manila leg of his Asia 'Glide' Tour on Friday, November 29, at the Samsung Hall in Bonifacio Global City.

In the opening of his show, he thanked all the Filipino fans who attended his tour.

"I am so so so so happy to be back in the Philippines. I cannot tell you enough that this is one of my favorite places," he said. "Last time, I was here two years ago."

The crowd felt Trevor's sincerity and appreciation for the Philippines and his Filipino supporters and cheered for the pop artist.

He added, "I cannot stress enough how beautiful it is to see all your smiling faces here again. I have to remind myself that this music was made so far away, and the fact that I get to be on the other side of the world, singing with you guys, means so much to me."

Trevor started the fun by performing his 2020 single "I Should've Told You" and the 2022 single "I Loved You What Happened."

The pop artist also played "Day by Day," "Waves," "Affection," "Outside," and "Butterflies."

In addition, he sang a few songs from his upcoming album, Glide. He performed "Peppermint," "Start Over," "Angel," "June," "Shadow of You," "Pink," and "Beautiful."

Fiji Blue also shared the huge reason behind his songs.

"It was because of my wife Natasha. Yes, she's great," he said.

He deeply connected with his fans when he revealed that he recently had gone through one of the most life-changing moments of his life. He shared that his wife was diagnosed with cancer.

"It has been very tough, and it is hard to talk about... Right now, she's asleep and wants me to be here on this tour," he shared.

However, he also shared happy moments, and it was when they got married. His love for his wife made a few remarkable songs in every album the band has released.

Trevor wrapped up the show and thanked his Filipino fans "a million times." He said that he would definitely be back in the Philippines soon.

The Glide album will be out on Friday, December 13. You can pre-save his latest tracks on Spotify.
