Kris Bernal stars a new weekly vlog series titled '#KrisMadeMeDoIt' to help and encourage her followers in their fitness journey. In the first episode of her weekly vlog, Kris talked about the ups and downs of her fitness journey such as being bashed as "bulimic" and "anorexic" on social media.

Kris Bernal recently celebrated her one year anniversary on Youtube!

To mark the special occasion, Kris decided to launch a weekly fitness vlog titled #KrisMadeMeDoIt to motivate her subscribers in their fitness journey.

Here's a little background story on my fitness journey, did you know that people used to judge me as bulimic or anorexic? 😷 But that did not stop me from proving that I am healthy and 100% at my best. Your body weight or figure should not define who you are but rather it should be a motivation for you to stay healthy and improve yourself. There are lazy days ofcourse, but remembering why you are doing what you are doing keeps you back on track. #KrisMadeMeDoIt is finally up on my YouTube channel! Remember to train smart, engage the muscles, and feel the burn! 💪🏼 Link in bio!!

In the first episode of her vlog, Kris shared her struggles in her journey such as being labeled as "bulimic" and "anorexic" online which made her tear up a bit.

"Even though I love fitness so much, it's not always a perfect journey. Alam n'yo, I'm naturally thin and, oh my gosh naiiyak ako, I'm naturally small and may mga tao talagang namba-bash sa'kin.

"Sasabihin nila anorexic daw ako, bulimic, I'm too thin. But in all honesty, it's just my body type, it's my genes.

"I'm an ectomorph, so ectomorphs are the body types that are the most resistant to gaining weight or gaining muscle because of our fast metabolism. Sobrang bilis ng metabolism ko like no matter how much I eat, hindi talaga ako tabain. Minsan lang din yes, may mga ganoon akong insecurities na 'Bakit ka pa nagwo-workout 'eh ang payat-payat mo na? Hindi ka na mukhang healthy.'

"Pero sa totoo lang kasi ever since I started working out and ever since I got into this fitness lifestyle, as in 'eto 'yung healthiest ko. Ito 'yung masasabi kong hindi ako nagkakasakit and 'eto 'yung best feeling.

"So ang hirap lang din ipaintindi sa mga tao na hindi porke't payat ka 'eh bawal ka nang mag-workout. Hindi 'eh, this is my body type, na-embrace ko na siya and minahal ko na 'yung flaws ko na ganoon so I hope na ganoon din sa inyo She-zums. Kung big-boned kayo o tabain kayo, just embrace your flaws and work on it if you want to," she said.

One last clue: You are welcome to bring your own mat, towel, and water jug. Really lovin' my powder pink yoga mat from @vivreactivewear_ph 💕 #KrisMadeMeDoIt tomorrow on my YT channel!
