Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico recreated one of Hong Kong's popular dishes, Brisket Bao Burger. Who won? Read more.

Solenn Heussaff and Nico Bolzico had a kitchen battle to recreate one of Hong Kong's must-try dishes, the Brisket Bao Burger.

For the spouse cook-off, they recreated the dish of Little Bao's Chef May Chow. She is also known as Asia's Best Female Chef in 2017.

According to Solenn, she did a cook-off with Nico because her brother, Erwan Heussaff, is currently in Australia.

"I know you're all expecting a sibling cook-off but unfortunately, it's not possible."

She also teased Nico, "I need to do it with second-best or first worst or what would you call yourself in the kitchen?"

Nico answered that he admits he is the second-best. "I'm the best... after Erwan."

The couple watched Chef May's instructions on how to cook her signature dish. Nico revealed that he is expecting a fun result since he cannot cook.

"Awesome, so now we have one of the best chefs in Hong Kong explaining how to do a very complex dish to someone who cannot cook for his life. This video will go amazing!"
