'Eat Bulaga' Super Sireyna 2014 grand winner and Miss Gay Manila 2015 Trixie Maristela was crowned Miss International Queen 2015.
Held in Pattaya, Thailand and established in 2004, Miss International Queen is considered to be the largest and most prestigious transgender women beauty pageant in the world.
The Philippine representative was at a loss for words when she posted a photo of her crown, sash, and trophy on her Instagram account.
Meanwhile, Valesca Dominik Ferraz from Brazil was declared first runner-up and Sopida Siriwattannukoon from Thailand was second runner-up.
