Filipino designer Francis Libiran didn't feel bad that Kris Aquino picked the design of Michael Leyva for the world premiere of 'Crazy Rich Asians' in Hollywood.
Prior to the event, Kris asked both Francis and Michael to create five beautiful gowns for her and the celebrity TV host decided to wear the modern yellow Filipiniana of Leyva.
In Kris Aquino's Instagram page, she shared her decision to wear Leyva's impeccable design.
“I loved your creation (especially the yellow- but I have a badly bruised left arm from my Indonesia health scare and the sleeves ended right where the bruising was most prominent -@michaelleyva - was such a good sport - he said whichever Filipiniana would be PERFECT.”
But she made a promise to Libiran saying, “I shall wear that beautiful modern Filipiniana SOONEST.”
Libiran replied to Kris's sweet message and congratulated Leyva for creating a wonderful masterpiece.
