Former Kapamilya housemate Fred Moser has finally spoken up about one of the rumors circulating online.

In an interview with showbiz columnist Ogie Diaz, the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 star addressed speculations about having a rich gay sponsor.

According to Ogie, the rumor was linked to Fred's PBB stint where the supposed benefactor allegedly spent a lot of money during the nomination voting.

"First of all, I heard (sa) social media na may jowa daw ako'ng bading. I would like to address that it's not even true," Fred said.

He clarified that while he supports the LGBTQIA+ community, he would never use someone for personal gain.

"Hindi ako against doon sa LGBTQ. Actually, support ako. Hindi ko sila dini-discriminate. Pero me personally, I wouldn't do that just for someone to support me. Gusto ko talaga umangat in my own way," he added.

Fred also explained that he and the housemates inside the house have no idea what is happening in the outside world, including public feedback and online commentary.

"It's bad na you can just accuse someone without hearing his side of the story. So I feel like I don't owe an explanation to anyone because I know to myself that it's not true," he explained.

As the conversation continued, Fred and fellow PBB star Rave Victoria clarified that neither of them had any romantic relationships before entering the house. They even emphasize that both of them are single by choice.

Fred exited Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 last January alongside Kapuso star Clifford. During his stint, his moniker was “Courtside Charmer ng Albay.”

While inside the house, netizens also shipped him with Sparkle star Princess Aliyah.
