Nag-iisip ka ba ng ihahanda para sa media noche? Alamin ang recipe galing kay Chef Boy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 whole watermelon (to be carved into peacock)
1 pc. ripe papaya (cut into cubes)
1 pc. cantaloupe (cut into cubes)
2 pcs. ripe mango (cut into cubes)
10 pcs maraschino cherries with stem
1 pc. fresh pineapple (cut into pyramid)
300 grams green grapes
300 grams red grapes
6 pcs. kiwi (sliced)
12 pcs. long bamboo sticks
500 grams grated fresh young buko
12 pcs. cocktail tooth picks
1/2 cup of honey

 
PROCEDURES:
1. Carve the watermelon into peacock.
 
2. Mix all cut fruits in a bowl. Add fresh buko and honey. Place the mixture inside the  peacock-shaped watermelon.
 
3. Skewer the kiwi, pineapple and grapes using the bamboo sticks. Place the skewered fruits into the carved watermelon's rear to form the peacock's tail.

4. Place it on a platter and serve immediately.
