Gabbi Garcia explained details about her acting experience and how joining an acting workshop helped her improve as an actress.

In Sparkle's YouTube channel, Gabbi explained her blocks when it comes to acting. Gabbi revealed, "I have blocks in acting, but one strong block would be my overthinking self wherein I call it personally my manager's side."

Gabbi narrated how she conquered her blocks and why joining an acting workshop is beneficial for actors and actresses.

"How did I get through it? Well, sometimes I also have bad days where it is taking over. But now, I can manage it, I can manage my overthinking side, thanks to the workshop," she said.

The Kapuso actress mentioned how workshops allowed her to express herself freely.

"Workshop loosened me up. Workshops made me believe in myself and workshops allowed me to know that it's okay to play around and to fail inside the workshop.

"It's okay to explore and to try out different things," she added.

For Gabbi, the best part of joining an acting workshop is recognizing her victories and successes as an actress.

"Some of the victories and successes in the workshop would be me experiencing that moment-to-moment feeling.

"How do I explain moment-to-moment? Moment-to-moment is wherein you don't plan anything in the scene. You don't think about anything, you just let your emotions do the work for you."

"Yes, I would definitely, one hundred percent recommend actors to join the workshop.

"It will help you unleash your inner potential and it will also help you personally."
