Recently, the Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre took to Instagram to look back on her birthday celebration with her Gabbified family.
Alongside heartwarming photos, Gabbi penned a heartfelt message expressing her appreciation for her fans.
"I always love seeing how everyone continues to evolve through the years. We now have doctors, nurses, teachers, an upcoming mama, and so many more milestones to be proud of," she wrote.
"I'm always rooting for each and every one of you. I love you all and thank you for celebrating with me ."
Gabbi also thanked various brands and her Sparkle GMA Artist Center family for the support she received on her birthday last December.
