In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, the Kapuso actress felt extremely grateful to be the newest face of Pantene.

According to her, "I feel very blessed to do this project, it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity which is why I really grasped it, cherished it, and enjoyed it."

She also told us about her experience filming the commercial in Australia's beautiful Lake Gairdner.

"I drove a white, beautiful, top-down, classic Mustang and there, I drove in a crystal white salt desert. It felt new to me, I was going 100 max speed. Ang dami kong first time na nagawa sa shoot, it was a milestone and important event that happened in my life," she shared.

For the shoot, Gabbi worked with famed celebrity hairstylist Ken Arthur who is revered in the industry.

"Ken Arthur, he did my hair, he did Selena's (Gomez) and all the other Pantene endorsers' hair. He did not put any hair extensions on me so I feel like talagang strong is beautiful (laughs). All the sacrifices I made sa hair ko, I really wanted to cut it, change my hairstyle, bagong buhay. But then my mom kept telling me, 'Gab, you have to wait, I know you want to explore but you have to wait.' And true enough, it was super worth it na talagang inalagaan ko 'yung hair ko, I haven't had it colored, permed or rebonded," she said.

To this day, Gabbi admits she's still in awe, "In my whole life, I haven't seen a production made by different people from different countries. It was so surreal and breathtaking. I dream about it every night, hindi pa siya nag-si-sink in. Working with people who've worked with Selena Gomez, they touched her hair and they're gonna touch mine, wow! It's something na I would treasure throughout my life forever."

By joining the ranks of Pantene models, Gabbi joins other strong women such as Selena Gomez, Ronda Rousey, Ellie Goulding, Gisele Bündchen and more!

Congratulations girl, you deserve it!
