At age 52, Kapuso star Gabby Concepcion shows no sign of slowing down. In fact, the '80s heartthrob is still a bankable leading man today through his high-rating soaps Ika-6 Na Utos and the now-defunct pimetime series Because Of You.
The ever charming and good-looking actor is aging like fine wine. Although he is fond of outdoor activities like kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and diving, he has kept his physique in check.

What could be his secret in staying “forever young?
“Ang importante [ay uminom ng maraming] water talaga,” he revealed with Unang Hirit hosts Rhea Santos and Suzi Abrera.
He never fails to apply sunblock under sun exposure and keep a skincare regimen. “Kailangan [iyan]. Merong brand na the best talaga na nagwo-work.”
Boss Yummy also exercises and relaxes despite his busy schedule, “'Pag [walang work], takbo kaagad [at punta sa] beach.”
