The restaurant industry has been one of the worst-hit industries throughout the pandemic as people were advised to stay home and avoid social gatherings.

Here in the Philippines, new guidelines designed to slow down the resurgence of COVID-19 cases are expected to greatly affect the food business anew.

“The 51-100 list of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2021 aims to shine a light on a wider array of establishments across the region that will inspire food lovers as they consider their future dining and travel plans,” said William Drew, Director of Content at Asia's 50 Best Restaurants.
