Gardo Versoza recalled his fondest moments with his BFFs Jaclyn Jose and Nora Aunor.
Versatile TV-movie actor Gardo Versoza remembered two showbiz icons who passed away, Jaclyn Jose and Nora Aunor, on Instagram.
Gardo had the privilege to work with these entertainment legends in several projects with GMA-7.
The late Jaclyn Jose, who died in March 2024 due to heart attack, was one of the lead stars in A1 Ko Sa'yo and Bolera, wherein Gardo was also part of the cast.
Uploading a dance collab with Jaclyn, Gardo recalled one of their conversations before. He shared, “One for the books ,, sometimes in our drinkin spree she would tease me, may trophy ka ba ng cannes abe ?? i would just reply ,,, cheers. i love you abe”
Meanwhile, Gardo acted alongside the Superstar Nora Aunor in the primetime soap Onanay together with another award-winning actress, the late Cherie Gil.
Nora passed away at the age of 71 on April 16, 2025.
Paying tribute to Nora, the actor posted on Instagram, “Miss you mare, hindi na nasundan ang kantahan natin ,, nung nakita ko uli ang golden gate naalala ko yung huling kanta natin I LEFT MY HEART IN SAN FRANCISCO , at sa iyo ko natutunan yung nagpapa raffle sa set at madami pang magagandang alaala na galing sa puso ,,, may isa akong ishare ,, nasa baguio tayo may eksena sa kalye may fan ka na nakasakay sa jeep at nagtitili ,, syempre hinawi at pinaraan na ng security para di ka dumugin pero hinabol mo yung jeep at niyakap mo yung fan mo na nakasakay sa jeep ,, kaya ganun ka kamahal ng mga fans kse totoo ka walang halong pagiimbot ,, i love you and i miss you mare”
