No dancing in high heels for now for the former 'Machete' actor.
We won't be seeing former Machete actor Gardo Versoza dancing in his high heels, after he revealed on Instagram that he sustained a knee injury.
According to Gardo's Instagram post yesterday, December 20, he will have to be careful for a while, after learning from his doctor that he has torn meniscus in his left knee.
Mayoclinic.org stated that torn meniscus is one of the most common knee injuries, where any activity that causes you to forcefully twist or rotate your knee, especially when putting your full weight on it, can lead to a torn meniscus.
In another post, Gardo assured his fans that he's doing well and he promised everyone that he will dance again soon.
The seasoned actor said, “I'll be back cupcakes dancing in heels again. Labyu all [and] happy holidays. GOD loves us.”
Based on the Instagram video the actor uploaded, he underwent an arthrocentesis, a procedure that is performed to obtain synovial fluid from within a joint capsule, both for diagnostic and for therapeutic purposes.
