Garrett Bolden finishes his journey at Korea's Veiled Cup, reflecting on the growth, challenges, and honor of representing the Philippines on an international stage.

Kapuso singer Garrett Bolden wrapped up his journey at the Korean singing competition Veiled Cup with pride, gratitude, and a heart full of unforgettable memories, marking a significant milestone in his growing music career.

In a poignant Instagram post, the All-Out Sundays star reflected on the experience that brought him from the Philippines to Korea as one of three Filipino artists, alongside Arabelle Dela Cruz and Thea Astley, selected to represent the country in the latest season of Veiled Cup.

“The Veiled Cup journey may have ended, but the story it gave me will stay forever,” he shared, describing the opportunity as both unexpected and deeply meaningful.

From joining Veiled Musician Philippines, to being selected for the international stage, Garrett admitted how quickly everything unfolded. “Everything happened so fast, I barely had time to catch my breath,” he wrote, recalling his first trip to Korea and the whirlwind of emotions that came with competing abroad.

During the competition, Garrett performed alongside singers from across Asia, each bringing their own culture and story. “Different cultures, different stories, yet all connected by one powerful thread: our love and passion for music,” he said, while also expressing gratitude to the mentors and staff who guided and supported them throughout the journey.

Despite the fulfillment, Garrett acknowledged the emotional weight of representing the Philippines on such a major platform. “I've always battled self-doubt, and carrying the responsibility of representing the Philippines felt heavy at times. There were moments I questioned if I was good enough,” he confessed. Still, encouragement from supporters pushed him forward. “Because of everyone who believed in me, I found the courage to stand tall and give my best,” he added, saying he felt proud to show Asia the strength and talent of Filipino performers.

Garrett also emphasized how humbling the experience was, noting the abundance of world-class singers back home. “I know there are countless amazing singers in the Philippines, and that makes this opportunity even more humbling,” he shared.

While his Veiled Cup journey has concluded, Garrett reminded fans that the Philippine campaign continues as fellow Filipino contender Arabelle Dela Cruz, also known as Laguna Diva, advances to the finals. “Let's all unite, support her, and keep voting as she continues to represent our country!” he urged.

Garrett ends his international chapter with gratitude and optimism. “I'm heading home with a smile, no regrets, and a heart full of love, growth, and unforgettable memories,” he wrote, signing off as Garrett Bolden, aka Zambales Beast, a name now tied to a proud moment for Garrett Bolden and Filipino music history.

While Garrett and Thea have made their final bows on the Veiled Cup stage, Arabelle stands strong in representing the Philippines. Show your support for Arabelle in the Veiled Cup Grand Finals.
