Si Vanessa Pulgarin ng Colombia and unhang MGI All Stars winner.
Si Vanessa Pulgarin, ang representative ng Colombia, ang pinakaunang winner ng MGI All Stars pageant pagkatapos niyang magwagi laban sa 55 pang mga katunggali. Si Faith Maria Porter ng Ghana ang first runner-up, habana si Nguyễn Huong Giang ng Vietnam ang second runner-up.

Natapos ang pageant journey ni Gazini Ganados sa top five dahil sa epekto ng audience votes sa ranking. Si Gazini, kasama si Faith Maria Porter at Mariana Beckova ng Czech Republic ang top three anon sa score ng mag hurado.
Agaw-atensyon si Gazini sa buong kompetisyon. Naging parte siya ng top 10 ng MGI All Stars live results, with a summary score of 6.40.
Nasa top 20 din siya ng MGI All Stars Portrait Challenge.
Sa MGI All Stars sashing ceremony, agaw-atensyon si Gazini habang suot ang isang golden bikini, at isang dress na gala ng designer na si Pam O' Keefe. Sa nanyang caption sa Instagram post tungkol sa event, sati ni Gazini na “starstruck” siya sa sashing ceremony, at hindi siya make get over sa “magic, the energy, and the moment.”
Nanatili din ang adbokasiya ni Gazini para sa Palestine sa buong pageant. Sa isang interview sa GMA Lifestyle, ibinahagi naya na ang pagkwento ng kanyang ama tungkol sa sitwasyon sa Palestine ay nakatulong sa kangyang healing, evolving, at understanding ng kanyang Filipino-Palestinian heritage.
“The past year has allowed me to grow and heal and understand myself beyond the titles, beyond the glitz and glam,” paliwanag niya. “I am ready to represent myself, my identity, with intention, and that is as a Filipina-Palestinian, who is still experiencing the gravity of the war in Palestine.”
