Geneva Cruz has a message for bashers saying she can't wear a bikini in her 40s.
Geneva Cruz confidently showed her beach body recently in a series of photos.
She wrote a meaningful caption, sending a message to haters who think she can't wear a bikini just because she's in her forties.
"When some people tell you not to wear a bikini on the beach because you're already in your 40s...
"Me: “WATCH ME!”
Actress and dancer Samantha Lopez left a comment asking, "So at 53 years old, I can't wear bikinis too?"
Geneva Cruz responded, "Hahaha! Right? 💚 Who says we have to listen to what they say, sis! Hahaha! You go, beautiful woman! 🔥🔥🔥 @samanthalopeznyc"
Not only is she a beach siren, Geneva is also a Philippine Air Force reservist. She finished her Special Basic Citizen Military Training of the Philippine Air Force back in March 2022 despite suffering from scoliosis or an abnormal curvature of the spine.
Geneva went down memory lane and sang a throwback hit from her Smokey Mountain days while doing her PAFR duties.
She also encouraged people to support women instead of bashing them.
On her Facebook page, the singer shared a screenshot of a commenter who accused her of “trying hard.”
Geneva responded to the comment, “It's your kind who should learn how to support your fellow women instead of talking ill about them. Making them feel bad does not make you prettier or [cooler]; it is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. I wish you happiness and enlightenment in life.”
