The family of veteran actress Helen Gamboa made sure to shower her with a lot of love as she celebrated her 78th birthday.
In fact, Helen and Tito Sotto's children, Gian and Ciara Sotto, dedicated heartfelt messages for their mom on her special day.
In an Instagram post, Gian shared photos and a video of his mother's birthday celebration and expressed his love and gratitude to her saying, “A blessed Happy Birthday MOM! Everyday I praise and thank God for you… The best mom in the world. I love you so much po, Ma!”
He continued, “You are the most loving and most selfless mother anyone could ever ask for! No wonder your birthday is always so close to Mother's Day… Parang gusto ni GOD 'Double Celebration' 'yung pagiging mabuting nanay po ninyo!
“You just don't know how grateful I am to be your son po, Ma! I pray that you continue to touch people's hearts and lead them to God!”
Ciara also had an equally heartfelt message for the birthday celebrant, saying that her mom is “the light in our lives and the love that keeps us going.”
Along with photos of herself with her parents, the actress and TV host wrote in her Instagram post, “Happy birthday to the best and most beautiful mom in the world, my Mama! I love you so much, Mommy! Nobody's heart in this world could be bigger than yours. You are the light in our lives and the love that keeps us going.”
Meanwhile, Eat Bulaga pioneer Tito Sotto uploaded a photo with his wife and their daughter, Ciara, and simply captioned his post, “Birthday dinner for the Birthday Girl.”
Aside from Gian and Ciara, Helen and Tito are also blessed with two other daughters: Romina and Diorella.
