Gideon Hermosa will be at the helm of the upcoming GMA Thanksgiving Gala from the red carpet to the grand ballroom.
International event designer Gideon Hermosa shared some of his plans for the upcoming GMA Thanksgiving Gala where Kapuso celebrities will be reunited under one roof.
In an interview with GMANetwork.com, Gideon described the event as a night of "glitz and glam."
"Definitely, kung nakita niyo 'yung ballroom ng Shangri-La before, everything will be covered on that day. So it's gonna be a night of glitz and glam," he shared.
"You will be seeing 'yung transformation ng ballroom into a different era. We will be using a lot of marquee lights, mirrors, crystals, mga ganyan to transform the ballroom."
Gideon added that although he had done events internationally, he still felt some pressure for the Thanksgiving Gala.
"May pressure definitely, event small event laging may pressure 'yan, but this time kasi, this is the first GMA Ball in a way so siyempre, inaabangan 'yan ng mga tao, and 'yun 'yung nakaka-pressure,” he said. "We don't want to disappoint them."
The GMA Thanksgiving Gala will happen on Saturday, July 30, at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La at the Fort.
The red carpet at 5 p.m. will be livestreamed on GMA Network's YouTube channel and Facebook account, and Sparkle GMA Artist Center's TikTok channel.
