Girls' Generation is appearing on a variety show with all eight members!
Korean group Girls' Generation or Sonyeoshidae (SNSD) is finally reuniting with all eight members complete!
Taeyeon, Yuri, Tiffany, Seohyun, Sooyoung, Yoona, Sunny, and Hyoyeon are appearing in the variety show You Quiz on the Block, airing on September 1, 2021.
It's been four years since the group appeared on television with all eight members. In particular, their previous promotion as a whole group was during their tenth anniversary in August 2017 when they released their sixth full album "Holiday Night."
In October 2017, Tiffany, Sooyoung, and Seohyun announced their departure from SM Entertainment, but clarified that they will remain as Girls' Generation members.
Since then, the girls have been busy with their solo activities. The remaining members under SM Entertainment--Taeyeon, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri, and Yoona--debuted in 2018 as a sub-unit, Girls Generation-Oh!GG.
A teaser of their You Quiz on the Block episode has made rounds on the internet and trended in different countries on Twitter including Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, and Thailand.
