Get to know beauty queen, voice actor, and upcoming soap star, Joyce Ann Burton in this edition of Give Me Five.

Joyce Ann Burton holds two beauty queen crowns: Miss Young Philippines 1981 and Binibining Pilipinas 1985. She is now a freelance voice talent and can be heard in several advertisements on TV.
Aside from showing how beautiful her face and voice are, Joyce Ann also wants to be a soap actress. After several years of waiting, GMA made her wish come true by offering her a role in the upcoming Afternoon Prime soap Ang Lihim ni Annasandra.

Get enough rest. Take workshops or classes to widen your range. Work on your relationships with people in the industry because no matter how beautiful your voice is, kung masama ang ugali mo [ay] walang mangyayari sa 'yo. Learn technology so you can have your own studio at home.
