Glaiza De Castro joins Ms Bayang Barrios to perform 'Encantadia' theme song, 'Tadhana'!
Encantadia Chronicles: Sang'gre star Glaiza De Castro wows fans with another enchanting performance.
On her social media pages, the actress shared a live cover of Encantadia's iconic theme song, “Tadhana,” in collaboration with the original singer Ms. Bayang Barrios.
What made the performance truly special was Glaiza's personal touch. The Pirena star seamlessly blended in her own original melody and lyrics, that was first revealed on her transformation challenge videos.
With Ms. Bayang's "Tadhana" performance, Glaiza's song created a powerful and goosebump-inducing mashup.
Encantadiks praised the rendition for its enchanting and ethereal quality, describing it as a heartfelt tribute to the legacy of Encantadia.
"Isang pagpupugay sa nakaraan, sa naging bahagi ng ating kabataan. Hindi makakaila na malaking inspirasyon sa ating lahat ang himig na ito at ang boses na nagbigay kulay dito," Glaiza captioned.
The Sang'gre star also shared the origin of her original song.
"Nag mula sa isang eksena habang ginagawa namin ang Sang're noong nakaraang taon ang liriko na aking naisulat. Mula doon, nagkaroon kami ng pagkakataong makapag usap ni Ms Bayang Barrios na tugtugin ng live ang Tadhana.
"Ito ay para sa mga musikerong nagbibigay kulay sa mga eksena; Sa mga naging bahagi at nagmahal sa Encantadia. Sa mga bagong sumusuporta. Ivo Live!"
