Are you looking for a vacation house? Sparkle actress-singer Glaiza De Castro is in the middle of selling her property in Baler!
Sang'gre actress Glaiza De Castro is looking for more investment opportunities that is why she has decided to sell her property in Baler, Aurora.
In her guesting in the podcast 'Think Talk Tea' hosted by Kring Kim, she stated the reason why she needs to let go of her Baler property.
“Gusto ko mabenta 'yung mga ibang properties ko, for reinvestment,” Glaiza admitted.
She then explained, “Nga pala, binibenta ko po 'yung Baler property ko. It's 700 plus square meters, puwede siya maging Airbnb actually, kasi 'yun ang ginawa ko sa kanya. May mga dorm rooms, may pool, may café. It's 12 minutes away from the beach.”
The Sparkle actress added that this property is very dear to her and has been a 'safe space' for her during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Naging safe space ko siya nung pandemic. Naging project ko rin siya, so, it's very dear to me. First time ko yata ina-announce na binibenta ko 'yung property kasi parang wini-weigh ko pa, pero we are in the process of na kinausap na namin 'yung mga brokers.
“Ang daming memories na nabuo dun, pero I think nga we're going towards reinvestment, ibang areas na, we are starting a family.”
Aside from being part of the megaserye Encantadia Chronicles: Sangˈgre, Glaiza is also competing in the dance reality show Stars on the Floor.
